Return and Refund Policy

At Diamelys, your satisfaction is our highest priority.
We strive to offer you a seamless and worry-free online shopping experience; therefore, we provide a 30-day return guarantee, subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility Conditions

All return requests must be submitted in advance through the customer account.

The jewelry must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and free from any signs of use, alteration, or intervention of any kind.

The jewelry must be returned in its complete original packaging (box, case, leaflets), together with:

  • a copy of the original invoice,
  • the corresponding IGI certificate.

For earrings, the complete pair must be returned.

Jewelry that has been engraved, resized, or custom-made is not eligible for return.

2. Product Condition and Compliance

Upon receipt, the returned jewelry will be inspected by our experts to verify full compliance with its original condition, particularly with regard to the setting and the diamonds.

Any incomplete, damaged, scratched, soiled, or altered item may result in:

  • a partial refund, or
  • a refusal of refund.

If restoration is required (scratches, marks, or soiling), a flat restoration fee of €60 will be applied and deducted from the refund.

3. Return Costs and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued after validation of the return, using the original method of payment, and correspond to the value of the returned item, less return shipping costs and, where applicable, restoration fees.

No refund will be processed until the jewelry has been deemed compliant with the return conditions outlined above.
